Review on Newsweaver by Cris Drew

I have used this software before - it was called "NewsWeave" back in my days at one of our newspapers, so that's what we still use now! It works great as an email marketing tool with many features including social media integration (which you can't do without). The customer support has been excellent since day 1 when they first launched their product last year; very responsive team who are happy help any time if needed or just give advice over chat/skype etc., which helps me out alot because most emails get sent late evening UK times where there isn´t much response from other companies online / by phone either during working hours here! So being able communicate via livechat makes things easier than having someone reply after office close :D.
