1. Optional method. Do not remove the entire valve block! This method only takes 20 minutes. Otherwise you'll have to deal with the hose and those two screws at an odd angle. Very tight space and a real pain. You can also damage the hose and have other problems. Instead, remove the four screws on top of the OLD valve and remove it. Pay attention to internal alignments. Four torx screws are used to attach the upper valve. (sorry I don't remember the size) I bought a standard set of cheap Torx screwdrivers from Harbor Freight. All major hardware stores also sell them.2. On the new valve, remove the four screws and remove the upper valve. Make sure you pull out slowly. (Take a picture of the alignment with your phone).3. Install the new valve in the old base. Make sure you move the new rubber seal. Otherwise you will have leaks.4. Use the OLD torx screws to install the NEW valve onto the OLD base. You can use the magnetic tip extender to start installing the screw. I had to use ODB2 to clear the warning light but it may have gone away after one drive cycle. Check for leaks.7. Ride with a smile on your face because you just saved hundreds of dollars! We invite the family to a delicious dinner at a discount!
