Review on Guitar Hero X-Plorer Wired Guitar Controller (Xbox 360): Unleash Your Inner Rockstar! by Brad Schaefer

Bought new (not "used - like new", "new") and the product is clearly not new. The outside of the box is for a standalone non-game controller, but inside the box is an unopened copy of Guitar Hero 2, so anyone who assembled this couldn't even read the outside of the box they assembled. To mimic the controller's original packaging, they stuffed it into one of those cellophane cones that you stick a bouquet of flowers in, and then they used a hot knife to melt the end together. Not a bad sim, tbh, but not "new". The controller itself has clearly seen some use, most obviously in cable wear and a sagging bumper, but they've at least made an effort to clean it, although they haven't. perfect. Plugged in and it works fine, the buttons are a bit tight but I think that might fix that once there's a copious layer of sweat on my hand. It's hard to compare the keys to another one I bought in 2008 without knowing how much it's actually been played and not just sitting in a dusty drawer nearby. Can't find my toolbox to open right now. up but if the inside isn't too scary I'll be very happy with this purchase even considering the cheating prices. If it's really spooky inside then hopefully at least there are parts I can use to fix the other one if it breaks.
