so I bought this pillow to relieve tension in my neck and shoulders and I was able to fall asleep. The cushion has a very high quality finish and is adjustable in three heights. The memory foam is firm - not too soft, but not too hard either. I sit back and really feel the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders relax. I like the pillow very much.
