These bearings are only really good for small jobs where light weight is being put on them. I've used them under a plywood platform to slide a camping cooler (maybe 60 pounds) and they barely roll. They are better than fridge slides but they are pretty bad as they have VERY high rolling resistance. I'd skip that and look at something like wheel bearings. One of their plus points is that they are beautiful and ruddy. They also didn't come with the hardware as pictured (but that doesn't matter as any screw will do).
