A few weeks ago I reviewed a backpack from another manufacturer and it was about my dissatisfaction with the backpack. Revain received me graciously by returning it. I was hoping that the backpack would be of the same quality as my previous backpack but had to return it as I never believed that my expensive new 17" laptop would not be damaged by so little padding. Kensington but after 8- After 9 years of heavy use it was quite worn (big surprise) and too small for my new 17" laptop. I think Kensington spoiled me so I ordered a larger backpack with more features from them and it arrived today. I was so happy to see it was the high quality I expected from Kensington It's a ballistic material and it stands on its own It's very well padded throughout for my laptop, shoulders and back I can take this backpack anywhere take it out and don't have to worry if the bag bounces more than it should because it's built for it and looks good too!Thanks Kensington!
