I love balance equipment and have a variety of balance boards and half-balls. All the ones I already have are meant to be incorporated into an exercise regime, designed to strengthen abs and legs. This rocker board is somewhat different. It is meant to incorporate a lesser degree of balance difficulty, that you keep up for a much longer period of time. It’s not at all challenging to balance on this, yet the movement is fun and if you keep at it, it provides a variety of movement to your day that you likely wouldn’t otherwise experience. (At least not without hiking, an exercise program, etc.)Pricey for what it is, but I like it so much I still have to give it 5 stars. It is attractive, but isn’t extra fancy, IMHO.But that’s JustMe.
