The issue of very strong vibration was resolved when I hung the disk on dense rubber bands that were around 4 centimeters wide. You can find them at any store that sells sewing supplies; I chose a black one because the case has a clear window in it. It is best not to take something that is too wide because it can make the ventilation worse. In order to gather empirical evidence, I picked up the length of the elastic band so that there was sufficient strain. It came out to roughly 14 centimeters (in the Deepcool Dukase V2 case). The elastic ought should only extend with considerable exertion. I hung the disk itself in a retainer basket on which the disk is usually attached to the case (I donβt know what it is called correctly), so that there is space between the rubber band and the printed circuit board for better ventilation. Result: utter silence. The vibration of the rubber disc is only perceptible when the disc is being touched, as it is not visible (very weak). The high temperature of 35 degrees fell to a low of 28 degrees. Everything seems to be in great condition.
