Review on 🔌 Enhanced Connectivity with Logitech G613 Lightspeed Mechanical Multihost by Alejandro White

The keyboard itself works great, typing feels secure and responsive. However, the keyboard does not withstand rough treatment and cannot be easily repaired if it breaks. Logitech support still hasn't helped me with this issue. Right after I unboxed this keyboard, I accidentally knocked it off a computer tower onto a wooden floor (2-3 feet). Some of the keys were broken, and a few more were bent at odd angles. I'm not thrilled that a wireless keyboard can't withstand a momentary drop, but most keyboards, especially gaming keyboards, have interchangeable keys and even switches. When I searched for spare keys, I couldn't find any available. . So I contacted Logitech support and specifically asked about the availability of replacement parts. Their website says they reply within two days but even after they sent the reply it took them two weeks to reply to me. The response was a canned response denying the warranty claim because accidental damage is not covered. I never asked them to replace it for free, I tried to get replacement parts (at my own expense) to fix the keyboard. It's a bit ironic that an entire $100+ keyboard is actually bricked up because it's missing something that should cost $5-$10. . Yes, I've dropped my keyboard, but I've put many keyboards through a lot more abuse and never have a key just snapped off. In particular, the wireless keyboard should be more durable. This, combined with the apparent lack of keyboard repairability and unhelpful support means I cannot recommend this keyboard. I don't want to risk a keyboard that could take a little abuse without requiring a full replacement. I will update this review if anything changes (e.g. Logitech will let me buy the necessary replacement parts).
