I wrote a review previously giving 3 stars because, while they kind of worked, they didn't work all that well. After that, I was contacted by the seller (without my even asking) offering me a replacement or a refund. Thinking it might be a scam, I did nothing, but after several emails from the seller, they gave me my money back and said to keep the egg rings. I have never had a seller reach out to me like this. So I can give my updated response to the customer service of this seller as they are truly customer oriented. If they have another product I want I will definitely try it.
