Review on 📸 Sirui K-30X Ball Head: Precision and Stability in Photography by Nadia Torres

I'm trying to love this ball head. It seems great for holding my D750 and 70-300 lens. The problem is I have to buy all new Swiss style bow plates as the ones I have have safety studs on the bottom and won't fit this head. I've also tried removing the quick release mechanism and replacing it with the one I have so I can use my plates, but they have to use some kind of industrial glue or white threadlock because I used 2 good hex keys to loosen it. I also noticed that when you tighten it firmly on the tripod, the bottom pivot actually tightens. This happened to a K-30X that I had and I sent it back thinking it was defective. I tried to register this head and tripod on Sirui website but it doesn't accept PDF or TXT file for my sales contract. I called support. by email. expectation. UPDATE: Shirui says they won't register for the guarantee since it's sold by Adorama. So. all my Shirui gear was boxed up and sent back.
