Love the ease of use of this blender! It is powerful yet lightweight, making it easy to manoeuvre. Mixed up a double batch of chocolate chip cookies this afternoon when they arrived. kneaded the dough with no problems. It was a lot easier to use than pulling out a stationary kitchen blender and did the job just as well! My husband recently bought me a similar hand mixer that was stored in a clip-on storage container. At first, beaters and other tools were coated and didn't interfere with the dough, just scraping everything around the bowl. Then you could smell the reworked engine just trying to whip the butter it was squeezing through the bowl! Talk about disappointment! I was ready to give up after trying so many different brands and models and today I hit the jackpot! On a whim I read the reviews and thought let me try the last one. I'm glad I did and I'm sure this will be the last I ever have to buy! I am over the moon with my purchase and the price was a steal! Better buy yours before they're all sold out.
