Dear customers! Be careful with this USB drive. I worked 1 week. And it's not that it broke, it destroyed all my confidential data. The user manual says the drive destroys data after entering the wrong admin password 10 times in a row. Keyword "close". It is not true. 3 counters are integrated on the hard disk: 10 times for the administrator password, 10 times for the user password and 1 time for the recovery password. That is, if, for example, you accidentally enter the wrong administrator password 10 times within a year or two and all data is wiped from the hard drive without warning, you will not even know that something went wrong and how many attempts ends. The counter is cumulative and will not reset without data loss. When you see this disk for the first time, start using it, learn how to manage it, it is quite natural that you or your user can make mistakes. But this leads to fatal consequences. Tech support can't help, they don't have a secret recovery code, not even a one-time one. Even if you are registered as a disk administrator on their website. It would be possible to provide for the generation of a one-time code depending on the administrator's serial number and other data. I also note that the button presses and operation of the firmware are very unstable. For example, if you enter a password in a session and the disk does not open for an unknown reason (counts 1 unsuccessful attempt as a counter), the next time you enter the same password, the disk opens correctly, but the counter is unsuccessful attempts increased by 1 and not reset. I don't understand why this disk is needed at all. Make up your own mind, I'm unlucky.
