The first chair arrived, relatively easy to assemble and looked great. It was comfortable enough and I work on the computer all day so I sit in a chair most of the time. A week later, the chair squeaked so shrilly every time I moved in it that I had no choice but to return it. The company included a leaflet urging customers to contact them directly rather than through Revain. I called True Innovation only to be told the product is so new they cannot ship a replacement and the entire chair would have to be disassembled and sent back. Luckily this included a paid label. During that call they ordered me a new chair which was impressive. A new chair arrived three days later. I reassembled only to find that the back seat of the chair was not level with the floor even if I left the screws loose. At this point I decided it must be of much better quality for the price I am paying. I immediately returned a second one and bought an office chair from another supplier outside of the Revain network. Customer service is good. A low-quality product does not match the team's efforts to fix the problem.
