Review on Softalk by Tommy Woods

My most recent purchasing experience with Softalk was a complete and utter disaster. To begin, the company's support for existing customers was terrible. I had a query regarding one of their items and attempted to get in touch with them on numerous occasions; however, I never received a response from them. It is extremely aggravating when a business doesn't even make the effort to respond to the concerns raised by its clients. To make matters even worse, the processing of my purchase took more than a week longer than expected. Although I am aware that shipment delays are sometimes unavoidable, I cannot tolerate the fact that Softalk did not keep me informed about the situation. When I eventually got my order in the mail, the product did not live up to my expectations at all. It was poorly constructed and in no way resembled the picture that was presented on their website. In general, shopping with Softalk is not something I would encourage to others. The quality of their products is, at best, questionable, and their customer service is terrible, so shopping with them can be an extremely aggravating experience. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
