The product is very good, I recommend it to all those who are looking into predictive analysis in their business as well using an easy-to use platform with great customer service available 24/7 via chat or phone if needed at any time of day! It's not so much that there isn't anything really bad about this software but moreso just minor things - which could be fixed by updating them later after purchase (if you have access).
