We've been in the office for 2 years. No printing issues. The speed is as stated in the manual in both BW and color. If the color toner runs out, it still prints in B&W. It is convenient that immediately in the standard set there is a large input paper tray. You can download applications from different manufacturers for ease of printing, but this is probably more for MFPs. It seems to me that it is quite noisy, although this may be my subjective opinion. The control panel is like a smartphone, but sometimes it slows down a little - just for a couple of seconds, maybe someone will not even notice. But I need everything at once) I immediately start poking everywhere) As for the design, I would say that it is quite compact, but at the same time heavy. The cleaner tried to wipe the dust - did not move. But it does not rattle and does not fall if you touch it with your hand. All in all, a good choice for our office. time tested)
