Review on 🌡️ White Folding Probe InstaTrack Digital Instant Read Meat Food Grill BBQ Kitchen Cooking Thermometer by Victor Halla

I've been playing with this thermometer for several days trying to figure out what's wrong or user error. I seem to have finally come to the conclusion that my thermometer is inherently defective. It seems to work well at room temperature and below. However, any statement given above is highly inaccurate. Anything above about 100F is around this temperature. I tried to compare it with many other thermometers and even just boiled water. To solve this problem, I calibrated the device according to the instructions in the manual that came with it. Again, it reads freezing temperatures well, but not high temperatures. Even "lower hot temperatures" such as vacuum cooking are not recorded correctly. I promise I'm in the correct Fahrenheit unit. I also tried Celsius with the same results (minus Celsius units). Final verdict: Unfortunately, the way it is not approved. I really wanted to find a fast acting thermometer that actually works. I've looked through a lot of them and I'm surprised it's so hard to find a good one. I'm still watching
