I love all of the features that TOS has to offer. The interface is easy to navigate, and it's been around a long time, which means it's very stable and reliable. There are many ways to go about creating sales reports using TOS. It's not always intuitive, but with some trial and error you can figure out how to get what you need done. Also, there aren't as many add-ons available as in other platforms. For example, we used to use XLS files to export our data into Excel format, but now we have to download them directly from the server. This adds a lot of extra work. We've had success using this platform to manage our reservations and sales.
