This material holds up, but it's "dry." , both of which I love for their matte finish, medium hold and workability. I tried this one and it's really matte and strong, but it's also strong enough that my fingers can't comb through my hair after the product has been mixed. I keep it in case I travel to a wetter place where a stronger hold is needed to combat moisture loss, but I stick to other hair products every day.
