I got this pillow as a birthday present for a friend, she sent me a photo showing how much she and her sister love it. She said it's the perfect size, not too big like other U-shaped pregnancy pillows and it's not too long or bulky and doesn't take up much room on the bed. It also has a separate back cushion that is adjustable. Instead of a U-shaped full-body pillow, it's less hot but with adequate back support. Very fluffy, cool microfiber cover and easy to clean. The filler is firm, does not collapse or flatten. Definitely improves sleeping comfort as it offers excellent side, back and leg support. Now my friend wants to order another pillow for her sister, it's perfect for both pregnant and non-pregnant.
