I like the controller, I've been using it for several months but I see many reviews on this model and many other similar models saying that the headphone jack is not working. It's not true, here's how to use it: 1. Fix the switch2. Connect the controller to the docking station via USB C3. Connect the headphone jack to the controller. Everything must be connected, it will NOT work wirelessly. I'm more comfortable with my setup plugging my headphones directly into the Switch. Do what works best for you. The controller comes with no instructions, I found this out on another Amazon product page with the same controller only black and red. Hope that helps.
