Very cute but they don’t stay up.
I’ve owned thigh highs before and these are really cute and the heel higher is comfortable but I cannot keep the top of the boot up no matter how tight I tie them. I even tried fashion tape. If you want a boot that slouches, these are perfect! Still love them, they’re just not what I originally hoped for.
