Sorry, no pun. In any case, this controller is basically the same as the already very good transparent Binbok controller. Of course, one of the main advantages of this cracked controller over the previous one is the materials used. The surface of this controller resembles old hard leather. That makes it very interesting to hold (which I think is an important criterion for a great controller) and as an added benefit, it doesn't get slippery when you switch to sweaty gamer mode (or when you're just warm). You can feel any cracks if anyone cares. They also used more textured plastic on the back. Obviously this controller is very impressive. If this thing is on and guests arrive, there's a 0% chance they won't notice. It's like artwork crossed with a '90s Mountain Dew ad, totally rad man! Functionally it is perfect. It brings the Switch to life, has a really good dpad (which passes Tetris Attack's test) and, like its transparent controller, is ergonomically very comfortable. Also, I just want to mention the tastefully beveled face buttons. Moving on to value considerations, this controller also checks these boxes. Check out the price compared to some other similarly priced controllers. There are still plenty of third-party controllers at this price point and above that won't even wake the Switch up other than being boring, having questionable build quality, or not looking like something that killed the dinosaurs. That's a good deal. Oh, by the way, it works fine wirelessly on Steam too - it's directly selected as a "Pro Controller" (like most Switch controllers, but some of them don't like connecting to a PC). It also works on PC as an Xbox controller. I think I'd like to see some back buttons and maybe a mode where the colors toggle between colors, but that's about it. So yeah, I'd say that's all that matters.
