Review on Adicop by Michael Nastanovich

My dealings with Adicop's e-shop have been less than satisfying. Although they have a wide selection of mobile phones, I had trouble navigating their website. It took me longer than I would have liked to find the things I needed because the filters weren't very user-friendly. The problems I found with the products extended to the descriptions. They frequently left me scratching my head and wanting more information before making a call. In addition, it was disappointing that some of the items I ordered did not match the online description. And the delivery was a major letdown. Even though I upgraded to express shipping, my package did not come when promised. In addition, I had to wait a long time and receive unsatisfactory responses when I contacted customer service. What I got was of poor quality as well. The screen protector I bought was too thin and did not provide a snug fit for my device. There were connection problems and audio quality concerns with the wireless earphones. My time spent shopping at Adicop's virtual storefront has been disappointing. I was hoping for more from a mobile phone accessory manufacturer. I won't be making any future purchases there and I advise others to be wary as well.
