We like it. There are flaws, but for us they are not critical. The carafe keeps coffee hot for hours and we love the strength settings. Our only complaint, and this has been commented on in other reviews, is the clock. We never used the timer on our 4 cup kettle. Cooked up pretty quickly. We bought it because we knew the clock could be an issue. That. The watch takes into account that there are only 49 seconds in a minute, I think in China time passes unnoticed. With a longer 10-cup brew time, the timer might have been helpful, although we can pour a cup mid-brew.
