GennyGo was well packed and bubble wrapped. it is black coated and the coating is very scratch resistant. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble and bolt to a caravan bumper. I stood on him (200 pounds) and he didn't even buckle. The packaging says 200 feet, but it looks like it could handle more. All fittings were of good quality. The base frame is very efficient. There are three configurations you can use to install it so you are almost guaranteed to work, great product and easy to install. We bought a GennyGo for our Predator 3500 (100lb) generator set. Getting it to pickup truck height isn't easy, and the GennygGo is so low that it's easier to load into a generator. can't say enough good things about this product
