I have to admit it's a lot bigger than I expected but it works really well as a laptop bag and as a regular handbag. I have enough nooks and crannies to store work and play items. I like that all pockets are unzipped as they are much harder to access under pressure. I think it's also safer to keep the wallet in the zip pocket. It looks solid except for a long thread already hanging from the strap. LAUGH OUT LOUD. That's the only downside I've noticed so far!
