Review on McLean Koehler Sparks &Hammond by Dave Rasic

I am a former employee but not currently working with them. They have done very well keeping me at current employment however they did take some time adjusting as far as communication. The support staff are quite helpful but sometimes it takes longer then anticipated when resolving questions or sending information out via email. Sometimes it's hard getting through due to volume. Make sure they listen. If there isn't great attention paid to detail then make another choice. There are many choices in this area and there are only limited employees who really know how things work so listen closely! We use them often for legal research. I worked with the team at McLean Koehler Sparks to create a strategic planning document for our organization. The process of working with them was very professional, and they were able to understand our business and help us with our strategic planning. The team was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them for future work. They helped us with our strategic planning process, and they were able to help us understand our business and where we are going.
