Review on 📷 Sigma 135mm F1.8 Art DG HSM Lens for Sony E-mount by Christine Fugleberg

I'm using this with an A7R III and the only gripe I have so far is that the autofocus speed compared to the Sony 85 for example isn't 1.8 is super fast. However, it's fast enough to keep up with humans (active cats are a bit more difficult!). BUT! The image of this animal is magical. It's a heavier lens, but it feels good in the hand and offers a truly unique image that combines lens compression and killer depth of field. Obviously great for drawing backgrounds and pretty close focused for detailed images too. We'll try to update this with some sample images and other thoughts as we continue testing the lens.
