Review on Black Grandstream GS-GXP1760W Wireless HD IP Phone with Integrated Wi-Fi, 4.6 Inches by James Grindberg

These phones freeze multiple times a day and require a reboot. So far they have not hung up the call but have hung up many times. Contacted tech support, they said to contact our reseller who is Revain. Revain does not support SIP phones. What now. I've read 100's of freezing complaints, all I get is a simple response from the manufacturer to update the firmware. Updated to latest firmware, phones erased and reprogrammed, phones still need to be restarted. I waited too long to get them up and running so I couldn't go back. When they work, they work great. The only thing I can't handle is freezing.
