Review on Switchable Horizontal Self-Leveling Professional Visibility System by Yuan Walsh

I ordered this laser for a few projects around the house. The product arrived and after inserting the batteries I started to work. The instructions are vague and I went to the Wokeline website, they weren't very helpful. I had a hard time understanding the battery installation order until I finally saw the hidden + and - signs. Their website has a nice picture of a customer service representative with a headset stating that they have 24/7 help, but the most interesting thing is that there is no phone number. They had an informative email address but I never got a reply from them. Also, this thing eats batteries. It takes 4 AA and even if you turn off the device after use, the batteries will be dead the next time you use it. Why? Who knows. I recommend for the average homeowner to take out the batteries after you're done and put them on a shelf until the next time you use them. So I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 due to their vague instructions and lack of a support phone number and battery issue. The device works pretty well, did a good job on my homework.
