I like that it has an easy interface for my clients who are not very tech savvy! It also makes things easier when they need help with their licenses or payments as well since everything is in one place instead of having 2 separate systems (license manager + payment processor). The support team could be more proactive about getting back quickly during emergencies but overall this was great so far!! We have been able solve our problems related licensing by using cryptlix easily without any issues at all.
