I got this skirt in wine red for my Velma costume and it did not disappoint. I'm 5'2 with a 27 inch waist and 36 inch hips and I used the measurements for a skirt that wasn't too high or too low but was still above the knee. I ordered a small and it fit exactly like that. The fabric is soft and the skirts flares flounce around in a cute way. Even tho I ordered it small it still showed off my curves nicely. I'm in loveee with this skirt. Please use the measurements girlies to avoid the dreadful returning process.
