Fake falsely advertised

The item is described as "Rayovac RAY 189 battery"; it doesn't say "fake Rayovac RAY 189"; It's a fake called Upstart hhr-103. By any definition, this is false advertising. I haven't used it yet, so I don't know if it works well or badly; but I'm not optimistic.
