Review on 📞 Crosley CR55-BK Wall Phone: Push Button Convenience in Sleek Black Design by Kevin King

I ordered this phone on the 28th December, received it sometime in the first week of January and installed it straight away. Now, mid-February, the dial pad stopped working. About half of the numbers are dead when you press them. I have read the return policy and cannot send it to Revain as it is more than two months old. I contacted Crosley because the manufacturer's warranty is one year but they said I had to return it to the store I bought it from. So I sent another request to Revane and we'll see how it ends. This phone looks a lot better than it is, the body is made out of cheap silver plastic. As long as it didn't break, it served the purpose I wanted it to have. We are one of the few who still have a landline phone and the phone is used very rarely but now it doesn't work at all. :(UPDATE! Shortly after I wrote my original review, I was notified that Revain had shipped a replacement today! AMAZING! Thank you! Much easier than dealing with the manufacturer!
