I have been a smoker for 7 years, drink coffee and drink lots of red wine. I've been using Crest White Strips for about ten years now. I'll use them once a week for a while, and then for one reason or another I'll give up taking care of myself and forget about it, or they'll run out and I won't be able to afford more. However, I ALWAYS return to them. I had my teeth professionally whitened at the dentist and it was very expensive and the sensitivity I experience afterwards wasn't even worth it. My teeth were definitely very white, but like I just said, the pain and sensitivity wasn't worth it. I use them once a week every week and I absolutely see a difference in the color of my enamel and I have no sensitivity.
