Review on Double-Wheeled Sneaker Boys' Shoes - Nsasy Roller Sneakers by Jose Guevara

These skateboards are as described. I ordered these a few weeks before my granddaughter's 6th birthday. My daughter, her mother, opened it and found it was too difficult for her to navigate. I contacted Nsasi to get her back. I was told that no return address would be provided until photos of the shoes were provided. My granddaughter lives three hours from here. I went to her house and brought shoes. I took photos and sent them to Nsassi. I was told the shoes looked damaged. They were tried on indoors on wooden floors. I have provided more specific types of shoes and have been told they cannot be returned. Nsassi offered to provide her with knee pads. She has knee pads for a scooter. It wasn't a problem. After much talking, Nsassi didn't even consider that I sent them back, but they offered $5 as compensation. I declined $5. The shoes cost about $60. I have delivered the shoes to the local Goodwill store and am hoping a little girl will be very happy with them. I was very disappointed with their customer service.
