I am 5'4 and 156lbs, I ordered the beige slimming version of this. I am down 83 lbs and with that comes a lot of loose skin. I wanted something to smooth it out especially in my tummy area. I was also on a bit of a budget, and was nervous about this not being supportive enough. I was actually really surprised at the quality. There's a lot of stability and smoothing in the waist, it's definitely slimming, and there's even some lift for your bottom. I didn't see much of a panty line either. I am very happy with my purchase, especially for the price.
