Ready-made purses are beautiful and very trendy. The photos are great. The downside of this book is that all of the patterns are VERY yarn specific and usually require at least 3 different types of yarn. (with varying percentages of wool) Also, a lot of trimming is required to achieve the finished look, ie. Decorative stitching, stitching, fittings and tools for using fittings. Even the pattern called EASY required 2 different yarn types with very specific wool blends to match the felting yarn. The finished wallets look great, but anyone who's played around knows that you can get a very different result by changing up your mixes. I intend to use this book as inspiration for my own ideas. I will not try to follow patterns.
