I bought it for international travel. In the past you traveled with an AC adapter and no longer had an outlet. My wife and I have our own electric toothbrushes, we also have cell phones and watches that need to be charged. It seemed perfect. It has three plugs and four USB ports. I look forward to taking it with us on our upcoming trip to Ireland. What I didn't expect was that I could use it locally here. This is a great USB power strip. I use it every day. It is light and compact and works very well. I feel like I got a two. Great for at home and great for on the go. Much more useful than I expected. This is a great little device. Fits in my briefcase and takes up very little space. When you're in town, leave extra adapters at home. I take the appropriate adapters with me when I travel. Love it.
