I had some problems at first but the support team helped me in no time. I really appreciated their quick response. I've never used a pasta machine before. I made egg pasta dough, formed a 1 inch snake out of the dough and flattened it. I then used the machine to roll out the pasta on a thick setting and then run it through the thinnest setting. Then I cut half with a wide cutter and half with a narrow cutter. Worked great and had fresh pasta in minutes! Then I will roll out the pasta to make the ravioli. I highly recommend this pasta machine. The lo mein I made was the best I have ever tasted. I think it has something to do with freshly made egg noodles.
