It was a great investment for my 12 day trip abroad. It is soft high quality material. The latch on top is plastic but has a clever insert and latch design so it was very difficult. I was able to get a decent amount "just in case" along with a folded photocopy of my passport in this incredibly discreet pouch. I didn't wear it as in the photo, I hooked it to one of my bra straps and tucked it into my bra - I didn't care about the quality of the material or the durability of the clasp - I just preferred having it double. I was very happy with it: good quality, simple design, durable, soft to the touch and a good price. It was exactly what I needed.
