Unfortunately, this will show right through a thin shirt and look like raised areola. The cover isn't wide enough to really "blend" into the skin seamlessly, the material is very thick which makes it more prominent, and the color is very, very pink, which kinda defeats the purpose of them being opaque. The quality is good, and I love the softness of the material and the sturdy, portable casing. I will not be buying them again.
