Item looks great out of package

After taking shirts out packaging and trying them on one shirt had a sewing defect front and back in the collar so I’ve reached out thru revain’s about issue and wat to do with no reply back on day 2. Im not sure at this point what will be done ?

The shirt is not easy to pack for travel and takes up too much space
