I was a bit skeptical about this cookware when I ordered it. I have purchased several sets of non-stick cookware designed for use on induction cooktops and the three sets I purchased (and returned) did not work. Parts of all three kits were scratched after a few uses and one part was not non-stick coated. The concept of a detachable arm was new to me. I've looked at many other sets because this one doesn't have a pot that I really want and there are no kids that I want too, I kept coming back. to this sentence. And so I bought it. All pots are just the right size for me. Both the exterior finish and the non-stick coating are very durable and I haven't had any sticking or scratching issues. They clean up too easily which is a super bonus in a van and they work incredibly well with my induction cooktop. Removable handle is awesome! It grips pans very tightly, even with cooking spray on the surface of the pan, and the set itself fits and stores much more compactly than a set with permanently attached handles. They are very durable and don't float or flex like some of the other sets that cost $100+. Yes, there are many advantages. But here are the cons; No lids. Tempered glass lids will definitely add to the cost, but they're worth it for at least two pots. Also, like I said, I want this set to include a flat circle with a protrusion of about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. However, the reality is that I can't find any fault with this pan set other than that it didn't come with everything I wanted. There is absolutely nothing essential in this set! I give this set a 100% buy recommendation!
