Good strong collar. for dogs

I bought collars in 2 sizes and 1 leash. The largest (xl) collar looks good but is in storage until my dog grows on it. The large collar and leash are sturdy and don't pose any durability issues even though I've only had them recently. As a leatherworker, I found I could buy them for less than the materials to make my own. I've been experimenting (leather samples have been exposed to weather from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to about 10 degrees, rain, snow and sun) and will smear them with WD40 to prevent dry rot and prolong their life.

Not cheap but decent

That makes me nervous
