I bought these radios for 2 and 4 years. Although a bit young for this particular type of walkie-talkie, they had a lot of fun playing with it and learning how to use it. Batteries are difficult to insert and remove. You need patience to get on the same channel frequency; it's a pain Well worth it as they enjoy the walkie-talkies!
