I hate the remote control that came with my new Samsung TV. I had to keep looking at the buttons to tell what I was doing. All my other remote controls can be operated with my eyes closed. After weeks of frustration I bought this beautiful piece of plastic and rubber. The key layout is perfect and I never have to wonder which key I'm pressing and I never have to look at the keys. Plus, oddly enough, he was almost immediately ready to walk out of the box. Although I followed the programming steps, it looks like the code I need has already been installed. creepy. Anyway, I have nothing to complain about with this device. We have a Firestick on our TV and we don't need to take out the Firestick remote to control our apps. We do everything with this simple remote control. That's all I needed and no more. It doesn't have backlit keys, but who cares? You never have to look at this thing when you use it because someone thought for a moment when designing the button layout.
