This is the BEST eyebrow filler I have ever found. Serious. I have very sparse eyebrows and have tried endless pencils, eyeliner, powder and so on. I got this in my ipsy bag a month ago and immediately bought both colors (light and dark) to mix and see if I can pull off a multi dimensional look and it's perfect. I have dark hair so I start with dark hair and highlight it a bit with light hair. I love him so much! This is something you won't regret buying!
